Echo is an orb effect that sets the orb's base damage to the attack of the previous shot (e.g. an echo effect of 50 cast after a 50 damage attack will make the next shot's base damage 25).

The base damage is always 0 without an echo effect.

The current echo value is always rounded down, so if an orb does 29 damage and the next orb has a 50% echo effect, the echo will be set to 14 instead of 15.
