Haglin is a character that the player can meet in a special event. They will remark about working on setting up a shop, and offer the player a "free sample"; allowing them to upgrade or remove an orb, or do neither and continue with their journey.
They will run the shop in the future, as evidenced by the event dialogue and roadmap.[1]
Scary Haglin
In the scary haglin event, the player can meet "haglin" and must upgrade or remove an orb at the cost of health.
This option cannot be skipped, unlike in the regular event.
Trivia
- Haglin is also a peglin, as evidenced by the event dialogue
- Haglin's gender is currently unknown, which is further confirmed by some event dialogue
- It is possible to give Haglin your last or only orb, doing so does not provide any benefit
