Refresh is a keyword that refers to any effect that immediately restores all (or a percentage of) popped Pegs to the Pegboard, enabling them to be Hit/Activated again. The standard means of triggering a Refresh is to Activate a Refresh Peg, but certain orbs and Relics can refresh the pegboard through their own effects; these (along with Orbs and Relics that have special interactions with Refresh Pegs) are referred to as Refresh Orbs and Refresh Relics.
