Refresh Peg
The Refresh Peg is a special type of peg that refreshes all the pegs on the board when hit, not including bomb and critical pegs. Refresh Pegs do not contribute to orb damage unless the player has the Strange Brew, and unlike Critical Pegs they do not move after each turn (unless the player has the Tactical Treat).
By default, there is two refresh pegs on the pegboard at all times, in random locations, overriding a random normal Peg (or one of a few other peg types) on the board. They cannot override critical pegs or other Refresh Pegs.
Several orbs and relics will interact with Refreshes, and as such are categorized as Refresh Orbs and Refresh relics.
