The Douball Douball is a rare orb that doubles the amount of Spinfection stacks on the targeted enemy.

Strategy

• By itself, Douball Douball deals no damage. It isn't until it has been upgraded that it will damage enemies at the same time as doubling the Spinfection.
• Consider taking the Alien's Rock if it is offered, so that the effect of this orb can hit adjacent enemies as well if they have Spinfection.
• Any Spinfection applied at the time of Douball Douball's attack is not doubled, as it will only double Spinfection that is already present.
• Douball Douball isn't as good at applying Spinfection until the number of Spinfection stacks outweighs the amount that can be applied via other orbs, usually either Spinfectious Sting or Toil and Trouball.
  • This is most present against bosses like the Demon Wall and Thesaurosus, which have larger health values and therefore can take more Spinfection.

Trivia

• Its name is a pun and portmanteau on the words "double" and "ball", and its effect further reinforces this.
• This orb, Toil and Trouball and Cauldron Bubball all reference a play by William Shakespeare.
