The Orbsium is a unique orb that Activates every Peg Hit multiple times. As a trade-off, it deals low damage and has Dense, meaning that it bounces far less than other orbs, and gets denser with each upgrade. It is uncommon on Peglin and Rare on Spinventor
Strategy
- Bombs will be detonated in one hit from Orbsium, meaning that Orbsium works really well in bomb-centric builds.
- Relics that have countdown effects such as Mental Mantle and Popping Corn will count down the number of times Orbsium activates a peg. Be wary as this also works for Wand of Skulltimate Power; therefore it is advised not to combine the two together.
- Glorious SuffeRing's +2 benefit activates multiple times, allowing Orbsium to scale the damage up much more quickly than Swoltorb.
- Any benefit from makings pegs Durable through Splatorb or Gift That Keeps Giving is lost once Orbsium is upgraded at least once.
- Unless it is working alongside one of the above strategies, avoid taking Matryoshka Shell as this will result in Orbsium having no effect other than clearing the board.
Trivia
- The projectile it launches was the same as the Memorb before getting a unique one in v0.6.18
- This orb may take part of its name from Osmium, the densest naturally occurring element
